A prominent technology company in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager. This role involves managing System Integration Channel Partners, driving sales growth, and executing effective sales strategies in AV and Enterprise IT products. We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic management of System Integration Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AV and Enterprise IT products, a proven track record in channel sales, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize market penetration and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with System Integration Channel Partners across the UAE.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and align on growth strategies.
Provide sales training, product knowledge sessions, and account development support to partners.
2. Revenue & Gross Margin Growth
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Ensuring profitability through gross margin and optimize pricing strategies.
Implement sales incentive programs to boost partner engagement and sales performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AV and ELV products.
Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for channel partners.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to secure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
4. Product & Market Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of AV and ELV solutions, including emerging technologies.
Provide technical consultation to partners and customers on product capabilities.
Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demand.
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue, gross margin, and partner engagement.
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and analyze trends.
Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Requirements
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 8-12 years in IT sales, with a focus on System Integration Channel Partners.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in AV and Enterprise IT products.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize gross margin.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage contracts.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
