About the Position:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies. Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure the company's website is optimized for search engines, improving organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality, engaging content for the website, blogs, videos, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with broader marketing strategies.
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences.
Segment email lists, monitor campaign performance, and optimize email marketing strategies.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze digital performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall digital marketing performance.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track and report on the ROI of digital campaigns and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
