A marketing agency in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Marketing Department. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, conducting market research, organizing events, and creating marketing materials. - Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operation of the department.
- Research and compose content for the bi-weekly newsletter.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms.
- Organize and coordinate company events like UAE Young Lions Competition.
- Update marketing spreadsheets and databases.
- Support marketing team projects.
- Design aspects of company presentations and rate cards.
- Conduct marketing research and activities.
- Coordinate with production labs on advertisements.
- Edit the corporate website.

- Actively work within the marketing team in organizing and coordinating company events such as UAE Young Lions Competition, Cannes Lions Awards, Distribution, etc.
- Update marketing spreadsheets and databases.
- Support the marketing team with various projects.
- Work on designing aspects of company presentations, rate cards and other marketing collaterals.
- Marketing research and activities.
- Coordinate with production labs on advertisements and banners.
- Editing the corporate website (backend).
- Communicate effectively with clients and business partners.
