Job summary

A leading educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage inquiries, recommend courses, and convert leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and fluency in English are required, with Arabic as an advantage. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with students and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and basic office software.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students.
  • Conduct consultations to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with student information and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for onboarding and class scheduling.
  • Participate in marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with course offerings and competitor trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
