Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume B2C sales experience (100+ leads / day, 30+ monthly conversions)
• Background in hospitality, tourism, visa, immigration, or insurance industries
• Proven record as a top 10% performer or consistent high achiever
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and CRM discipline
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian is a strong advantage
• UAE-based experience is mandatory
