Job summary
A leading automotive company is seeking a Personal Service Technician in Abu Dhabi to conduct vehicle diagnostics and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role entails managing work orders, maintaining customer relationships, and training junior technicians. Ideal candidates should have significant experience as a Light Vehicle Technician and hold relevant certifications. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician, with at least 2 years as a Diagnostic Technician.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive parts installation and system diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic and corrective maintenance on vehicles.
- Manage work orders and customer interactions from booking to invoice.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training and development for junior technicians.
