Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor - Technical Services to oversee maintenance across our resort facilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinating with technicians and outsourced teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and cleaning services.
• Monitoring service quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Scheduling maintenance activities, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Managing inventory for maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Preparing maintenance reports, inspection logs, and vendor feedback.
• Training and guiding technical team members and cleaning staff.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical services or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems such as MEP, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Basic budgeting and resource planning abilities.
