Job summary
A leading water treatment company is seeking a Sales Manager with a Chemical Engineering background to develop business opportunities and manage client relationships in the UAE market. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and preferably a valid UAE Driving License.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development within the water treatment industry.
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
- UAE market experience preferred.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for water treatment products and services.
- Identify new clients and business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the water treatment industry (RO systems, filtration, softeners, dosing systems).
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
- UAE market experience preferred.
