The Service Center Manager (SCM) has responsibility for all activities conducted in SPM facilities customer facilities where SPM personnel operate and field service locations across UAE KSA Oman and other Middle East locations. Locations may support both Pressure Pumping (PP) or Pressure Control (PC) value streams or a mix of both. The SCM is responsible for delivering forecasted revenue in a safe manner while following Caterpillars Code of Conduct.
The SCM reports directly to the EH General Manager Pressure Pumping with an indirect reporting line to the EH General Manager Pressure Control.
SCM works closely with the regional sales team to meet customer expectations. Additionally the SCM is supported by local regional & global resources from EHS Quality Engineering Business (Finance) HR and Compliance resources.
Direct reports: Workshop Supervisor (Flow); Workshop Supervisor (Pump); Workshop Supervisor (PC); Operations Support Team Lead; Field Services Team Leads. The SCM manages a team of 30 across various locations.
