Job summary

A reputed engineering staffing provider based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Manager with 7-10 years of sales experience in the offshore oil & gas or EPC sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business, ideally an MBA, and demonstrated success in securing large-scale EPC contracts exceeding $50M. This position is for a contract of 1 year, extendable, and provides a great opportunity within a global firm's structure.

Job Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development within the offshore oil & gas or EPC sector.
• Demonstrated success in winning large-scale offshore EPC contracts ($50M+).
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in offshore construction, installation, and Â.
• Familiarity with regional and global clients such as CNOOC, ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, Petrobras, Shell, and TotalEnergies.
