Job description
  • Develop account plans that align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Business segment in the Ukraine & CIS region.
  • Effectively execute on plans by cross‑functionally collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, the Reseller teams and Strategic Partners.
  • Work closely with our partner’s sales force, capture their hearts and minds for Apple. Use sales programs, enablement tools and training to develop partner capabilities. Regularly assess and communicate the strength and effectiveness of the partnership.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support them through closure. Make certain that any client issues and/or concerns are raised and addressed. Share status progress and facilitate sales activity across the reseller and Apple sales teams.
  • Operationalise the business plan with Regional sales programs, Regional sales and technical teams in close cooperation with the Value Added Distributor. Mobilise resources for growth and delivery and follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed.
  • You will help build guide and lead the VAD Enterprise sales team. You will support assembling the right people, motivate them, enable them with the right tools and support their collaboration to ensure success.
  • You have consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for business; you’ve balanced delivering on short‑term goals while creating sustainable value for customers and partners and demand for the future.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian required; a language from the UCIS region is a plus.
