A construction company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a new Receptionist to manage client bookings and queries, oversee the reception area, handle product purchases, and assist in marketing efforts. - Handle client bookings, walk-ins, and appointment management efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person client queries.
- Oversee the reception area – maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle product purchases, stock tracking, and inventory updates.
- Place timely orders for grooming products and supplies.
- Record daily sales, monitor staff schedules, and support salon operations.
- Assist in marketing, customer retention activities, and client feedback collection.
