Job summary
A reputed solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a customer service representative to handle requests related to taxi plate numbers. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, processing applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups on requests. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least two years of experience, basic computer literacy, and strong English communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. This is a full-time role with no remote work option.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with basic computer literacy.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service related to taxi plate number.
- Process requests and deal with clients internally and externally.
- Follow up on pending applications and confirm approvals.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
