About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join the resort’s Casino Operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the EVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the EVP and internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow‑up on action items
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and submissions to the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and other relevant bodies
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain secure filing systems
  • Support the EVP in monitoring departmental projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Liaise with senior leadership across Casino Operations, including Slots, Table Games, and Compliance, to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide administrative support to Table Games and Slots leaders for scheduling, reporting, and coordination of operational priorities
  • Organize and support VIP visits, inspections, and executive‑level events
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the EVP and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
About You
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably within hospitality, gaming, or luxury service industries
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with executive‑level reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies or in highly regulated industries is an advantage
