Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Developing new recipes, plating techniques and presentations.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant kitchen including ordering supplies, managing food costs, following safety guidelines, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Supervising the preparation of dishes by kitchen staff.
- Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Training kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
