Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, creating menus, and ensuring the highest levels of quality in food preparation. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with the appropriate skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new dishes and menus based on customer feedback
  • Monitor food costs and adjust recipes accordingly to maintain budget targets
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
  • Ensure all dishes prepared meet high quality standards with regard to taste, presentation, temperature, freshness, portion size etc.
  • Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, recipes, presentation styles etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen area at all times
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of creating innovative recipes and menus
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Great organizational skills with knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
