Overview

Executive Chef vacancy in Bani Yas City UAE. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Bani Yas City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of cooks and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency to the highest standards.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing direction and supervision to cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Plan menus to maximize customer satisfaction and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and presentation requirements.
  • Manage budgets, orders, and inventory; monitor costs and control waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients.
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of international cuisine with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in a senior culinary leadership role (Executive Chef preferred).
