This role is ideal for a senior leader with 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience , strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build and scale businesses in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Establish, launch, and scale the digital marketing agency from the ground up .
- Lead and oversee performance marketing, social media, SEO, branding, and integrated digital campaigns .
- Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning .
- Define and execute the business strategy, commercial model, and growth roadmap .
- Build, manage, and develop high-performing digital, creative, and account management teams .
- Oversee operations, financial performance, budgeting, and P&L management .
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients, platforms, media partners, and vendors .
- Ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous performance optimization.
