This contract role is designed for experienced professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, specifically within the beauty and skincare sector. Responsibilities include identifying new wholesale opportunities and pitching to senior buyers. Ideal candidates will possess strong performance-driven sales skills and multi-lingual capabilities. Competitive, uncapped earnings are offered based on successful deals closed, providing flexibility over work hours and location.

This opportunity is for experienced senior beauty sales professionals only.


Our client, an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands, is scaling rapidly and is seeking Senior-Level Strategic Beauty Sales Consultants to commercially own and grow high-value B2B territories.


This is not an entry-level opportunity.


This is not a training or exploratory role.


This opportunity is designed for professionals who already know how to open doors, build buyer trust, and convert commercial conversations into revenue.


About the Opportunity

This role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis and operates as a commercial engagement.


You will take ownership of defined B2B territories and be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing wholesale accounts across premium retail and distribution channels, including:



  • Premium beauty retailers

  • Pharmacies and clinics

  • Distributors and buying groups


You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and commercial accountability, representing premium skincare brands with credibility and professionalism.


Role Structure & Remuneration

Remuneration is performance-based and paid per successful wholesale order or deal closed.


Competitive, uncapped outcome-based earnings


Territory ownership aligned to experience, language capability, or existing network


Full flexibility over working hours and location


A formal commercial review will take place at 3–6 months or upon achieving agreed sales milestones, with the potential to transition to a base + performance-based structure, subject to results and business needs.
