Job summary
A logistics company based in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling calls, providing product information, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with prior customer service experience preferred. Only applicants currently residing in the UAE will be considered for this position.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
- Must be currently inside UAE.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests.
Skills
