Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
- Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.
- Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.
- Perform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Sales experience in a similar field
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
