- Develop and execute global technical marketing strategies to promote insulation products in thermal, acoustic, and chemical applications.
- Introduce insulation products to consultants, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers in target industries worldwide.
- Provide technical expertise to support global sales teams, distributors, and clients in understanding product benefits, specifications, and applications.
- Create and deliver technical marketing content including product datasheets, application guides, case studies, presentations, and training materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive positioning within the global insulation industry.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to guide product innovation and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Represent the company at global industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
- Ensure compliance of marketing materials with regional regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Train and mentor internal teams and partners on technical and marketing aspects of insulation products.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in insulation (thermal, acoustic, and chemical), with a strong background in technical and marketing functions.
- Proven experience in managing technical marketing at a regional or global level.
