Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a call center or telesales role.

  • Availability 6 days a week, including possible Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels
  • Meet customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and meet conversion quotas and KPIs
  • Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
  • Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
  • Handle customer enquiries and emails
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-performing team
