Responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and handling various office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and possesses strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations.
