As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving store sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all retail store visitors and shoppers.
• Aim to fulfill and surpass sales goals and monthly targets consistently.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to accurately answer customer queries.
• Assist customers in product selection while promoting special offers and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or surpluses to management.
• Organize and maintain retail displays to optimize customer engagement.
• Process customer transactions efficiently using point of sale systems.
• Collect customer feedback and relay information to improve product offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve storewide sales goals.
• Participate in sales training meetings and undertake professional development.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Implement retail strategies and marketing incentives to boost store traffic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in a retail environment, preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Capability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices a plus.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or training advantageous.
