As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experience in our store. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team for effective product display and promotion.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and goals.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures in the store.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail sales position or similar role is required.
• Strong understanding of the retail sales process and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate oneself and others.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
