We are looking for a skilled Audio-Visual Specialist to join our on‑site team and support live‑production, broadcast, and studio operations.

What Youll Do
  • Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment and systems including cameras, video infrastructure, networked AV systems, and broadcast gear ensuring high-quality output and reliability.
  • Handle cabling and connectors (BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, XLR), set up and test signal paths, and ensure stable communication between devices and systems.
  • Set up and support live broadcasts and virtual‑production environments: manage live‑video links, switchers, mixers, and video effects (e.g. chroma keying) under production conditions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues swiftly minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation for live sessions or recordings.
  • Design and implement custom AV circuits or system configurations when needed; collaborate with creative, production or technical teams to meet specific project requirements.
  • Follow best practices for safety and equipment handling, and keep up to date with new AV technologies and workflows to ensure quality and innovation.

  • Proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken, to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of video cameras, broadcast and video‑production equipment, live‑streaming infrastructure, video switchers, and signal distribution systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with networking and IT fundamentals including configuring networked AV devices, ensuring connectivity and system integration.
  • Good understanding of video production principles: camera operation, lighting basics, video signal flow, and video effects (e.g. chroma keying).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to live‑production demands or schedule changes.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and clear communication skills comfortable working with engineers, producers, and creative staff to meet production goals.
