The ideal candidate will bring an impressive portfolio and extensive experience within the insurance brokerage industry in the UAE, with a particular focus on Sharjah.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within insurance broking or the broader insurance industry in the UAE.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products across all lines of business, including Medical, Motor, and General (Non-Motor) Insurance.
• Local Expertise: At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong aptitude for sales.
• Additional Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Arabic (an added advantage)
