Role Overview

We’re looking forexperienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our Off-Plan Sales Division. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in real estate or sales who are passionate about investment properties and closing high-value deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and campaigns
  • Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives
  • Present suitable projects, highlighting payment plans, ROI, location, and floor plans
  • Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and legal regulations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, developer events, and briefings
Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of experiencein real estate or direct sales (off-plan preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan developments
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
  • Must be in Dubai or willing to relocate prior to joining
