JOB TITLE
Marketing Associate Manager | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas

ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Marketing Associate Manager will assist with marketing and promotional campaigns and strategies across MAF Entertainment brands. This role supports the marketing efforts by analyzing customer and marketing research materials, assessing the impact of marketing programs, and developing innovative campaigns to drive brand recognition and growth.

ROLE PROFILE

• Supports the strategic direction and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions and driving insights from analysis to build customer relationships and improve brand’s market position and impact.
• Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness for the allocated concept across Entertainment and Cinemas.
• Conducts market research and analysis to understand customer preferences.
• Oversee campaigns from planning to completion stage, ensuring that team members meet deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with the internal team to conduct marketing and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing for our brand.
• Works closely with the Social & Content team and graphic designers to ensure that project deliverables are cohesive and in line with the business goals and objectives.
• Ensures content, images, and other graphical elements are in line with requirements before seeking final approvals.
• Assists in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in a business or marketing discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience as associate marketing managers
• Experience within a marketing team in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel when required.
