Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
\ - Strengthen the brand identity and positioning of the organization.
- Identify and execute lead generation initiatives to drive enrollment and business growth.
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence
- Create and oversee engaging digital and social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies to optimize brand reach.
- Lead content creation, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Oversee the development and execution of a social media content calendar.
Parent Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute parent engagement events, open days, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with center managers to create compelling promotional activities.
- Communicate offerings effectively to parents and the wider community.
Public Relations & Industry Collaboration
- Establish relationships with media, industry experts, and influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant publications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to optimize strategies.
- Present regular marketing reports and insights to the management team.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid advertising strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
