- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the maritime industry
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective
- Attend job fairs and other industry events to promote our company and attract potential candidates
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating travel arrangements and completing necessary paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques for cruiseships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Google Suites and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Has a solid background in managing visa procedures
