Duties & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in both the enhancement and maintenance of systems, while also contributing to new functionality and integrations that support high-volume transaction processing.

Qualifications :

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in Software Development, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of relevant development experience.
• Proficiency in Java (Standard and Enterprise editions), Spring Boot, and SQL (MS SQL Server / Postgres).
• Experience with development workflows using Eclipse / NetBeans, Maven, and Git.
• Exposure to continuous integration testing environments and OpenAPI protocols.

Advantageous Skills :

• Exposure to financial transaction processing systems.
• Experience with multithreaded, high-volume, real-time systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Frontend development experience using the Angular framework.

Key Performance Areas :

• Technical integration of new clients into systems.
• Development, testing, fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Enhancing existing functionality and developing new solutions.
• Providing third-line support and resolving technical queries.
• Supporting system security measures and audits.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of development techniques and processes.
