A premier training organization in South Africa is searching for an experienced Skills Development Facilitator to join the team in Centurion. The role involves managing training sessions, maintaining proper records, and supporting learners. Candidates must have extensive experience in the Private Security industry, relevant certifications, and skills facilitation experience. This position offers negotiable remuneration based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Private Security Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years registered and an active member with a SETA regulatory body.
• Experienced Driver with a Code BE driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty as determined by the BCEA.
• Ensure that all training equipment is maintained.
• Maintain comprehensive records for assessments and moderation.
• Submit training reports and ensure learner support.
