SupplyFlow is a leading digital procurement platform transforming how public sector and enterprise clients manage sourcing, vendor onboarding, and compliance. We’re expanding our technical team and looking for a Junior IT or DevOps Support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow in cloud systems, automation, and support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·Provide first-line IT and DevOps support across on-premises and cloud-hosted systems

·Assist with system support, functional testing, and use of a testing Automator for quality assurance

·Monitor system performance, uptime, and alerts

·Assist in deployments, version control, and automation pipelines

·Support internal users with technical troubleshooting (network, access, app-level)

·Collaborate on infrastructure improvements (backups, CI/CD, security hardening)

·Document processes and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in IT support or DevOps environment
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Experience with Git, version control, and ticketing systems
• Willingness to learn scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Bonus Skills (Advantageous):

·Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOPS

• Working Knowledge on SQL server (especially in troubleshooting or reporting)
• Understanding Active Directory and Group Policies
• Experience working with procurement systems.
