Job summary
A maritime staffing agency is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to maintain computer systems on board a cruise ship. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing user accounts, and ensuring data security. Ideal candidates possess strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networking systems. Previous maritime experience is a plus.
