The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, creative campaign development, and data-driven decision-making.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
3. Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
4. Identify target audiences and segment customer bases to create targeted marketing campaigns.
5. Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging marketing techniques.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing activities.
8. Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all platforms.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
11. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
12. Support the sales team by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

1. Minimum of 8 years experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a graphic design role.
2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong track record in campaign development and execution.
3. Experience working with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
4. Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
