Location : Kimberley Northern Cape

Salary : R30 000 to R45 000

Are you an experienced automotive sales leader ready to manage and grow a dynamic used vehicle department? A leading multi-franchise dealership in Kimberley is urgently seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to drive results, lead a motivated team and take full ownership of pre-owned sales operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department
  • Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team
  • Drive unit sales revenue and profitability targets
  • Oversee vehicle sourcing, trade-ins and accurate stock valuation
  • Monitor stock levels and manage reconditioning processes
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and dealership presentation
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Maintain compliance with industry and dealership standards
