About the Role

A rapidly scaling SaaS company in the property management industry is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand its footprint across the Western Cape. This role specifically targets Property Managers and Homeowners' Associations (HOAs) and is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with experience in either real estate, property services, or software sales.

The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new business to building long-term client relationships and closing deals — helping clients streamline operations through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in the property and HOA space.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and sales presentations.
