- Able to speak English and isiXhosa is advantageous.

- A post Matric sales or related qualification will be advantageous.
- Have a proven track record in sales of sourcing of new business and growing of sales budgets.
- An understanding of the plastics/packaging industry would be advantageous.
- Computer Literacy (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
- Must have a valid drivers license and own transport.
- Must be comfortable travelling and sourcing business in the Transkei.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers personally and professionally
- To really understand the customers business and provide them with packaging solutions, not just packaging
- Meeting and exceeding of monthly sales budgets and targets.
- Sourcing of new business and opportunities to fill up machine capacity.
- Attend to customer complaints effectively.
- Respond to the customer within 24 hours.
- Manage price increases with customers effectively.
- Ability to write and manage budgets, weekly estimate and other sales reports.
- To provide the business with forecasts ensuring that they have the right products at the right time.
- Analyse what are our competitors doing i.t.o pricing strategies, customers perceptions of them
- Responsible for leading Design Review meeting for new products and changes in current products
- Daily reporting on customer and feedback
