5. Foster a gaming community within the store through events and customer engagement.
6. Optimise stock levels in collaboration with the supply chain team.
7. Ensure accurate stock mix and availability to meet customer demand.
8. Conduct regular stock audits and minimise stock loss.
9. Manage trade-ins and ensure compliance with store policies.
10. Oversee daily operations, including banking, cash handling, and reconciliation.
11. Ensure the store meets internal audit standards and regulatory compliance.
12. Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
13. Implement and uphold Nintendo's brand guidelines and store policies.
14. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about gaming.
15. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and drive employee engagement.
16. Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
17. Inspire and motivate the team to share their gaming knowledge and enthusiasm with customers.

1. 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in retail (gaming or electronics preferred).
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Excellent understanding of sales, customer experience, and stock management.
4. Passion for gaming and familiarity with Nintendo products.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
