Qualifications

• Must be an endowed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a current Temple Recommend.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in retailing and merchandising.
• Minimum of four years experience in supervisory function.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and best practices to store supervisors.
• Travel to stores throughout assigned area and audit best practices.
• Hire, train, review, and manage performance of Store Supervisors.

Advanced understanding of marketing and visual display techniques
