We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Copywriter to join our creative team at RCK.

This role plays a key part in delivering a strong creative and strategic vision for both the RCK brand and its clients. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with exceptional writing skills and a passion for producing crafted, impactful work.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and creatives to find strategic opportunities within briefs, deliver compelling ideas, and create content that challenges category conventions while elevating the RCK brand.

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualise and deliver channel-agnostic ideas aligned with client and business goals.
• Identify strategic opportunities within briefs to enhance creative direction and brand positioning.
• Mentor junior creatives and guide the development of high-quality, boundary-pushing work.
• Develop, improve, and maintain engaging content that achieves business objectives.
• Evaluate creative work to ensure alignment with strategy, tone, and brand standards.
• Generate innovative ideas that inspire clients and strengthen campaign outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consult with internal teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.

• Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter or similar role within a creative or marketing agency.
• Strong conceptual and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who understands how creative work drives business performance.
• Proficiency in developing content for both traditional and digital channels.
• Familiarity with social media metrics, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, crafted copy, and campaign work.
