A fast-growing advisory firm is seeking a Future of Work Strategy Advisor and Account Manager to support growth initiatives and client engagement. This remote role focuses on the intersection of strategy, technology, and HR in the age of AI. Ideal candidates will possess experience in consulting or advisory roles with a strong business acumen and a passion for relationship building. Responsibilities include supporting client proposals, demonstrations, and assisting in advisory content creation. Location: Remote at home (For applicants living in South Africa)
Salary: R500 - 600 000 per annum, CTC negotiable based on experience profile
Employment Type: Permanent via Employer of Record (EoR).

We are looking for a Future of Work Advisor & Account Manager who is passionate about the human side of business, curious about how AI is reshaping work, and excited by the fusion of strategy, technology, and HR. And, someone who enjoys all elements of account management including driving business growth through relationship and network building sales in a team structure.
