Are you a dynamic, fluent French speaker with a passion for sales and client growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive international business expansion.

This is your opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to delivering bespoke outsourced B2B sales and marketing solutions to ambitious startups, scaleups, and global enterprises across Europe and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

As a French-speaking Business Development Executive, your core responsibility will be to prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into long-term client partnershipsprimarily across French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business leads via outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
  • Present tailored sales and marketing solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM system, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients in French and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales strategy, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless handovers and consistent messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
