Job description

Are you looking for an exciting and dynamic administrative role in a global company? Look no further! Global Policy Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an industry leader in global policy, we specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions to complex policy challenges around the world. We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant who shares these values and is ready to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to all departments within the company, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence
  • Assist the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flights, accommodations, and visas
  • Oversee office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries from clients and partners
  • Maintain and update company databases, both physical and digital
  • Support the marketing team by proofreading and formatting documents and presentations
  • Help plan and execute company events, including conferences and team building activities
  • Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
