Job summary
A human resources consulting firm is looking for a candidate with experience in managing Cold Store operations and handling FMCG stock, especially dairy products. The ideal applicant shall possess a Matric with Maths, a post-school qualification in supply chain/logistics, and advanced computer skills, including Sage X3 and Excel. Candidates should exhibit strong administrative and problem-solving abilities. Transportation and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
Qualifications
- Matric with Maths and a post-school qualification in supply chain/logistics is required.
- Experience managing FMCG stock in a distribution environment is essential.
- Candidates must have their own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Cold Store operations.
- Ensure efficient handling of dairy FMCG stock.
- Perform administrative tasks accurately and in an organized manner.

- An appropriate post-school qualification in supply chain/logistics
- Have sound practical experience in managing a Cold Store with FMCG stock that includes dairy products in a Distribution environment.
- Have good communications skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Eg Sage X3, Pastel, MS Office, Excel etc.)
- Good Planning, Organizing and general Management Skills
- Excellent Administrative Skills. Neat, Organized and Accurate
- Figure orientated and Problem-solving Skills
- Proactive approach in the execution of tasks
- Cost awareness at all times
- Have his / her own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license
- Willing to go the extra mile, willing to work long hours, be deadline driven
