Description

Our client, a well-established agricultural operation within the citrus industry, is seeking to employ a Temporary Logistics Controller to join their team, based in Port Elizabeth. This FTC position will run from March up to end September. Package: +/- R20k per month.

Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must be innovative and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of managing multiple and high-priority tasks.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, cancellation, and follow-up of bookings for specific markets.
  • Allocation of stock as supplied by the Senior Controller.
  • Sending out loading instructions.
  • Pulling, validating, and distributing BD packing lists.
  • Risk report analysis.
  • Invoicing and supporting other departments with logistics queries.
