Job summary

A well-established FMCG operation is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Atlantis, Cape Town. The successful candidate will assist with purchase order preparation, maintain import files, liaise with suppliers, and support production activities. Ideal applicants should have 1–3 years of procurement or administration experience and possess strong administrative and communication skills. A well-established FMCG operation based in Atlantis Industrial has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinatorto join their operations team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in supporting procurement administration, purchasing processes, and supply coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting with purchase order preparation and administration
  • Maintaining import files and ensuring required permits are in place
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting production and stock planning activities

Minimum Requirements:
