• 3 – 5 years of experience in a Shipping / Exports role.
• Experience preparing and managing export documentation.
• Experience working with shipping documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Shipping the monthly forecasted volume for export.
• Coordinating and updating shipping documentation.
• Planning empty and full containers including management of transporters.

Skills

Shipping documentation systems

Export documentation management

Proficient in SAP or similar ERP

Root Cause Analysis

Valid South African Driver’s License

Experience in Pulp and Paper industry

Education

Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
