Marketing Manager Vital Health Foods | Inspiring Better Living

Vital Health Foods, part of the Nurture Brands Group, and home to some of South Africa’s most trusted Wellness brands, is looking for no ordinary Marketing Manager, based at the beautiful Vineyards Office estate in Durbanville. Here you can own, build, lead and shape an iconic brand that promotes wellness and better living.

At Vital Health Foods, you’ll work closely with our Managing Director, taking hands‑on accountability for the marketing team at the centre of bringing our purpose to life and shaping what comes next.

In This Role, You Will
  • Own and lead brand strategy end‑to‑end - from insight to execution
  • Shape integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, in‑store and innovation
  • Drive product development, launches and growth strategies that keep Vital at the forefront of wellness
  • Lead agency partners, internal teams and cross‑functional collaborators
  • Manage budgets, pricing and profitability with strong commercial thinking
  • Play a key role in innovation, building brands that close gaps and lead the market
  • Lead and develop a small team who are motivated, capable and proud of the work they do

This is a role where thinking, creativity and execution all matter equally.
